For example, utility-scale solar farms should avoid using farmland and forestland, given India’s constraints. Instead, barren lands should be preferred. <p>There are also some emissions during upstream module manufacturing and end-of-life disposal. These can be minimized by adopting cleaner production processes, using recyclable materials, and enabling panel recycling.
